For the past 10+ years, John has run Backup CEO, a successful small business consulting practice, which serves businesses between $0 to $40M in revenue. The business model combines the art form of entrepreneurship with emotional intelligence while paying close attention to extraordinary life balance. This unique approach raises the quality of life satisfaction, reduces unnecessary stress, and depression for entrepreneurs.
Most recently, John launched My Backup CEO, a global collaboration to bring needed small business support to all people; especially people of color.
